At True Peptides, we want customers to have a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise appears to have an issue.

To request a return or refund, please contact Support@true-peptones.shop and provide your order number, the reason for the request, and relevant photographs or other information when appropriate.

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of product type, safety considerations, applicable law, or other restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that appears damaged during shipping or an item that does not correspond with your order, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs of the package, shipping label, and product to help us investigate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If a product is eligible for return, the product generally must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Customers should not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return or refund may not be available for products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Products that are restricted from return under applicable law may also be excluded.

Refund Processing

Once an approved refund is processed, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider or financial institution and is outside our direct control.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@true-peptones.shop. Cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
